Main House
Alldredge House is a single family home remodeled for eight tenants. There are two two-person bedrooms on the main floor and one large semi-divided four-person bedroom on the lower floor, two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and on-site parking. Each bed has an individual closet with storage above. Eight parking spaces guarantee each tenant has a parking pass. It is conveniently located across the street from the Clarke Building and only a few blocks from down town.
